Malachi's Heart Update

Malachi had an echocardiogram this morning. After reviewing it, the doctors have determined (at least for the time being) that there is no problem. For today, he is to be moved out of NICU at Saint Mary's Hospital and moved to Level 2 Nursery at Methodist Hospital. He could very well be scanned again before we leave to make sure that things still look good. We are very thankful and blessed knowing that a lot of prayers on his behalf seemed to have worked. Malachi should be discharged and sent home with Sarah on Saturday or Sunday morning.

Congratulations! I've been keeping my eye on your site. When I saw the pic this morning I called Steve at work to tell him that your little guy was here. We both think he's just so cute. You are going to have so much fun with him. Kids are a blast. Give him a cuddle for us. We'll keep you three in our prayers. Cora, Steve, Bella and Ella.

Quick hi! I'm at Mom and Dad's to read. Especially since we have no internet and no emails. We're so excited for you! We are sending a card and small gift with Mom and Dad since we are still too ill to come and see. I'm bringing two pics with to show the kids. They'll be so excited! Matthew was especially relieved all is well. Beautiful little one. We hope to see you all soon! Much love! Heather

Praise God! Sounds like a miracle to me. One thing is for sure-- God gave Malachi two great parents. We will see you soon!
